The Indiana State softball team dropped a pair of tough losses -- 14-7 and 3-0 -- to in-state competitor Butler (19-4) at Price Field on Wednesday afternoon. The Sycamores are now 11-10 (0-2 MVC) on the year entering a weekend series with Northern Iowa. Bailey Wittenauer led the way offensively against the Bulldogs, going 3-for-5 from the plate with a pair of doubles, while Kacy Kestner finished 2-for-3.
