Jack North, former senior executive vice-president at state farm, had a long career with State Farm and was one of five members of the Office of the Chairman. His successful career led him to start his own business to help companies develop the kind of leadership environment that he fostered on the job for over 25 years. Including his time at State Farm, he has spent nearly 40 successful years in the people business as an executive, teacher and coach.
